Front Paws on Raised Platform

Building on your dog’s front paw targeting, we now are going to add a little bit of height to the target to elevate the front paws which will shift weight onto the rear limbs.

Platform should be slightly less than your dog’s elbow height and have a non-slippery surface. If in doubt, better to go lower than too high.

Start with 5 reps with a break then repeat for a total of 3 sets and work up to 3 sets of 10 being executed happily and easily.
