This is a simple exercise to develop proprioception, coordination and fine motor skills of tendons, ligaments and small muscles of a dog’s ankles, wrists and toes. Find some household items or use sticks outside to create a scatter path and using a leash, slowly walk your dog through. On the first few goes it is normal for them to hit items with their back paws, but after 4-5 times through they should have it figured out.
