Regular stretching increases muscle elasticity, control, flexibility and range of motion. As you stretch your dog pay attention to differences between left and right sides as it may indicate a problem or imbalance with a limb that should be evaluated by a veterinarian.
Hind end Target: Quads, hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes, lower back muscles, gastrocnemius and Achilles tendon
Front end Target: Should flexors and extensors, chest, biceps and triceps
Repeat: 2-3 times on each side
Time: 5-30 seconds per repetition
